In 1966 he created the Santana group and since then his music has been enjoyed in the United States and all over the world.。    　　广州8月24日电 (许青青 陈琳)据海关总署广东分署24日消息，截至目前，广东培育海关高级认证企业(AEO)达2035家，数量居全国首位。　　今年前7个月，广东海关高级认证企业以1.11%的外贸企业占比贡献了48.73%的外贸规模，进出口同比增长25.7%，为广东外贸作出突出贡献。　　AEO是Authorized Economic Operator的缩写，中文译为“经认证的经营者”。AEO制度是世界海关组织(WCO)《全球贸易安全与便利标准框架》中的核心制度，AEO企业作为海关信用等级最高的企业，可以享受优先办理、减少监管频次、优化服务等一系列优惠管理措施，有效降低企业国际贸易成本。　　广东省内海关因地制宜推进AEO信用培育，锚定地方主导产业，以产业链培育带动产业集群升级。　　如江门海关对关区重点企业开展“培育—认证—跟踪”链条式服务，并对“链主”及其上下游企业开展“链式企业培育”，逐步探索形成“双链式”信用管理模式，有效提升关区培育企业向认证企业的“孵化率”。今年新增认证企业111家，大幅扩大AEO企业范围。

二 | 以培育壮大15条产业链“链主”企业为引领，持续推进产业链上下游企业、集团内企业等创新培育举措，江门市产业链“链主”企业14家，有力支持地方有序承接珠三角产业转移，为家电、纺织、金属制品等传统支柱企业的科技创新赋能，帮助重点民营企业对标国际经贸标准完善内部管控，提升国际竞争力。　　同时，运用海关连接企业的重要纽带“企业协调员制度”，海关专职协调员靠前响应诉求，通过多部门联动与“一企一策”精准服务，高效保障企业扩产建设。　　此外，海关总署广东分署会同省内海关与各级农业银行全面对接，落实海关总署与中国农业银行《合作备忘录》，推动信用培育、跟踪问效、国际结算、融资授信、减费让利、产业帮扶、风险评估等13项关银联合激励措施在广东落地见效。
